The launch of ''AfroNutri Online'' - Sustainable Eating

We are delighted to officially announce the launch of ''AfroNutri Online'' - Created by Sofonie Dala, Angola


AfroNutri –online offers healthy food and beverage that thousands cannot eat at home or in a common restaurant.


AfroNutri-Online

The community AfroNutri –online is a unique blended app-based project that includes a gastronomic restaurant with author's cuisine, an interactive bar and a tea room, with a small food pantry, a clinical nutrition marketplace.

It offers dishes made of edible and medicinal plants such as cornmeal, cassava or sweet potato porridge accompanied by peanut, cabbage, cassava leaves and other vegetable sauces that cure various diseases. Many of our drinks will be composed of pumpkin seeds and honey.


Our vegetarian cuisine

Our cuisine includes several culinary directions with the presence of any rare exotic products rich in soy proteins and various types of potatoes mixed with beans, peanut, corn, cassava, moringa and others that help to fight malnutrition of children, pregnant women and the elderly.

 Philanthropy

We will offer donations with therapeutic food supplements for malnutrition based on milk, peanut sauce and soybean meal. The supplements have a standardized, highly caloric composition that is established by the WHO. The usual ingredients include powdered milk, sugar, peanut butter, vegetable oil, vitamins and minerals.

Food: We are presenting an innovative community restaurant that will offer dishes with delicacies made of medicinal and edible plants such as moringa oleifera, plant chaya spinach tree, baobab leaf, beetroof, cabbage, spinach, wild cabbage plant (brassica oleracea) and others, accompanied with soy porridge, corn meal, cassava porridge, sweet potato porridge, soups, eggs and other vegetables that help fight diseases such as malnutrition, AIDS, Epatic problems, cancer, diabetes, sickle cell, elephantiasis, tuberculosis, high depression, malaria, kidneys, long and painful menstruation, sexual and reproductive health for girls and others.


Drinks: We will offer a variety of tea, soy milk and natural juices made of multimixture of peanuts, cashews, baobab seeds, sesame with honey, pumpkin seeds, carrots, natural bananas, citron, among others.


Innovation: 

With the aim of making a wide variety of our food systems more efficient, we will make the use digital innovations including big data, the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and blockchain. We will develop a mobile web app capable of delivering automated personalized food-based nutrition advice. This nutrition app will have significant potential to improve health-related food choice. It will also have educational contents for women and illiterate farmers in rural areas.

 We know our target market and speak their language: We will focus on attracting a wide and diverse clientele ages 05-70. We will pay a special attention to children under 5, children aged 6-9 years old, women in the reproductive age group, women of childbearing age, millennial- they are tech dependent, street children and vulnerable people. We want to be the restaurant choice for all families and singles, young and old, male or female. Employee welfare will be equally important to our success. Everyone will be treated fairly and with the utmost respect.

In order to ensure the accessibility for the most vulnerable people our apps will be available for all tipes of samart devices and can be accessed via a website for users who feel more comfortable on a desktop or laptop. 

Our apps will offer multiple ways to connect with experts, teachers, doctors and healthcare providers. It will allow users to communicate in a variety of ways, including video and phone chats, secure messaging, calls, live chat, and more.

 We will also keep collecting video interviews about sustainable lifestyle, food, environment and agriculture for our entertainment programmes.
